These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Practical AI Systems, including this website, newsletters, digital products, templates, courses, audits, and consulting services. Practical AI Systems is operated by Practical AI Systems, Operated by Necival LLC.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website, joining the newsletter, purchasing a product, or requesting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase products or services.

Educational Information

Practical AI Systems provides educational content and practical workflow guidance. Content is not legal, financial, tax, security, or compliance advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a tool, workflow, or automation is appropriate for your business, customers, and legal obligations.

Digital Products and Services

Digital products may include ebooks, guides, templates, courses, videos, downloads, and related educational materials. Services may include audits, consulting, workflow reviews, prototypes, and other implementation support.

Product and service descriptions are provided in good faith, but we do not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue result, time savings, automation performance, or tool availability.

Website Build Service

The Website Build service includes design, development, and launch of a website for your business. A $297 one-time setup fee is required to begin work. This is a setup fee, not a deposit applied toward the maintenance subscription. If you reject the final design before it goes live, the setup fee is refunded. Once you approve the design and the site is published, the setup fee becomes non-refundable.

The $149/month maintenance subscription covers website hosting, security updates, and reasonable content updates as described in your service agreement. "Reasonable content updates" means minor text, image, or layout changes, not full redesigns or new feature development.

We retain ownership of the website code, design, and hosting infrastructure unless a separate written agreement transfers ownership. You retain ownership of your business content (text, images, logos) that you provide.

You may cancel the subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, the website may be taken offline unless other hosting arrangements are made.

Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party platforms such as Gumroad, Stripe, or similar providers. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and to comply with the applicable third-party checkout terms.

License to Use Materials

Unless otherwise stated, when you purchase or access a Practical AI Systems digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business or learning purposes.

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, or package the materials as your own product without written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website or materials for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the website.
• Submit malicious code, spam, or false information.
• Misrepresent your relationship with Practical AI Systems, Operated by Necival LLC.

Third-Party Tools and Links

We may discuss or link to third-party AI tools, software, payment processors, email platforms, hosting providers, and other services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, privacy practices, or terms.

Intellectual Property

The website, brand, text, graphics, templates, downloads, and other materials are owned by Practical AI Systems, Operated by Necival LLC, or their licensors, except where otherwise noted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Disclaimers

The website, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practical AI Systems, Operated by Necival LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
