Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Practical AI Systems digital education products and service offers, including ebooks, templates, courses, mini-audits, deep dives, and consulting services. Practical AI Systems, Operated by Necival LLC.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately. Because of that, digital product purchases are generally final once access has been delivered, except where a refund is required by law or approved by us.
When We May Approve a Digital Product Refund
We may approve a refund when:
- You were charged more than once for the same product.
- You purchased the wrong item and contact us promptly before using or downloading the product.
- A technical issue prevents access and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.
- A refund is required by applicable law or the checkout platform's rules.
Mini-Audits, Deep Dives, and Consulting
Service payments reserve time and professional availability. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We will make a reasonable effort to find a new time.
Once a service call, workflow review, prototype, written plan, or other substantial work has begun, payments are generally non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before work begins, we may refund or credit unused amounts at our discretion, minus payment processing fees or non-recoverable costs where applicable.
Website Build Service
The Website Build service requires a $297 one-time setup fee. This is a setup fee, not a deposit applied toward the maintenance subscription. If you reject the final design before it goes live, the full setup fee is refunded minus any payment processing fees that cannot be recovered. Once you approve the design and it is published, the setup fee is non-refundable.
The $149/month maintenance subscription covers hosting, maintenance, and ongoing updates. You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided unless required by law.
Subscriptions or Memberships
If Practical AI Systems offers a recurring subscription or membership, you may cancel future renewals according to the instructions provided at checkout or in your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past charges unless required by law or approved by us.
Third-Party Checkout Platforms
Some purchases may be processed by providers such as Gumroad, Stripe, or similar platforms. Their refund mechanics, timing, fees, and dispute processes may apply in addition to this policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@practical-ai-systems.com with the purchase email address, product or service purchased, order number if available, and a short explanation of the issue.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank or card issuer.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first if something is wrong with an order. We want to resolve legitimate issues quickly and clearly.
Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
